How to Clean Your Lash Extensions Like a Lashlette Pro:

ree

Keep them fluffy, healthy, and effortlessly beautiful.

At Lashlette, we believe that the key to long-lasting, beautiful lash extensions is simple—consistency and care. Your extensions are an investment in your confidence, and with a few mindful steps, you can keep them looking fresh, fluffy, and full while supporting the health and growth of your natural lashes underneath.

Why Cleaning Matters

Clean lashes are happy lashes. And more lash growth! Every day, oils, makeup residue, and environmental debris collect along the lash line. If not properly removed, this buildup can break down the adhesive bond and even block your natural follicles—leading to premature shedding or irritation. Regular cleaning keeps your lashes lightweight, soft, and free to grow.

Our Recommended Cleanser

We exclusively recommend using SkinCeuticals Simply Clean Cleanser—a gentle, dermatologist-developed formula that removes oil and impurities without compromising your lash adhesive. Its blend of botanical extracts and hydroxy acids purifies the skin while maintaining a perfectly balanced pH for delicate lash and eye areas. It’s clean beauty, elevated.

How to Clean Your Lash Extensions

  1. Start with clean hands. Always wash your hands before touching your lashes.

  2. Use lukewarm water. Wet your lashes lightly to loosen any debris.

  3. Apply a (tinny-tiny) drop of Simply Clean Cleanser to a lash brush or your fingertips.

  4. Gently massage the cleanser through your lashes using downward, feather-light strokes at the midway point—never pulling, tug or side-to-side rubbing. Gentle.

  5. Rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water, then gently pat dry closed eyes with a lint-free clean towel.

  6. Fluff and reshape with your Lashlette lashes with a lash wand after and as needed. Do not them dry tangled.

Lashlette Pro Tips

  • Clean your lashes every night if you wear makeup, or every other day if not.

  • Avoid oil-based cleansers or heavy creams around your eyes—they weaken your lash bond.

  • Do not use any oil near the eyes to remove make up.

  • Keep your lash brush and wand clean; replace them regularly.

  • Hydrate from within—healthy lashes start with healthy skin and good nutrition.

  • Some Eye drops and make up can make lashes stick together, it's better to use only approved eye drops such as Bio True eye drops - no preservatives.

The Result: Effortless Luxury

When you take a few mindful minutes to care for your extensions, you’ll notice the difference—fluffy, weightless lashes that last longer and look freshly done every day. At Lashlette, we believe true luxury is consistency—and that even the smallest ritual can feel like self-care.
