At Lashlette, every appointment is a reserved time created just for you. To protect the quality of our services and respect the time of both our artists and clients, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment at Lashlette is a commitment of both time and artistry.
If you need to adjust your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For group bookings of two or more, kindly provide 36 hours’ notice.
A credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee per scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
To enjoy the full Lashlette experience, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and enjoy light refreshments.

Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
Out of respect for our artists and other guests, appointment lengths may be adjusted for late arrivals, and in such cases, the cancellation policy may still apply.

Refills & Outside Work
To preserve Lashlette’s standard of precision and safety, we do not guarantee refills on work performed at other studios.
Existing extensions must be safely removed prior to your first new set with us.
Our artists are happy to perform a professional removal service to prepare your lashes for a fresh, flawless Lashlette set—crafted to our signature standard of grace, precision, and discretion.
Graceful Guest Etiquette: Phone Use
Each treatment at Lashlette is designed as a sanctuary of calm and focus.
To honor this environment and ensure your artist can work with complete precision, we kindly ask that phones be silenced and set aside during your service.

Speaking, texting, or multitasking during your lash appointment can compromise the symmetry, safety, and longevity of your results.
